** {Cancellation Policy} **

 

All deposit monies paid by the client will be refunded if the contract is canceled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the three‐day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. In the event that services or an entire event are canceled, the entire remaining balance is still due one week prior to the originally reserved event date.

To book: The client is required to make the retainer payment (amount shown on the proposal) and mail or email a signed copy of the contract. In consideration for your retainer, your appointment time on said event date is booked and reserved. Once a contract is signed and the retainer is paid, services booked can increase but cannot decrease. A decreased number of services will still render the same (original) balance due as outlined in the original contract and proposal.
